Each product shows the details that have been confirmed. If you need to know more, such as where something is from, how it’s been handled or how to store it, ask us before you order.

Allergens

• Prawns are crustaceans.
• Oysters and scallops are molluscs.
• All fish products contain fish.
• Battered products may contain other allergens such as gluten. Ask us for the batter’s ingredients.
• Trail Blazer contains nuts. Ask us for the full ingredient list of any biltong product.

Cooked and uncooked

Prawns are sold cooked: keep them cold, and serve them cold or warmed through briefly. Fish, scallops and the other uncooked products need cooking, as described on each product. Follow each product’s handling and preparation instructions. A grade description does not replace safe handling, storage or preparation.

Keeping it cold

Seafood should be kept cold. If you’re collecting from the van, bring a cooler bag or esky, and put your seafood in the fridge or freezer as soon as you get home.
