Our story
Meet the Prawn Man.
Prawn Man East Coast is Ryan’s seafood run. Some know him as Rhino, and he loves the sea and spearfishing.
For the past few years he’s been bringing prawns, oysters and fish to caravan parks and homes around the Coffs Coast, for locals and holidaymakers alike.
- Serving cooked prawnsThey’re already cooked, so the work is mostly peeling. Serve them cold with lemon and a quick seafood sauce, or warm them through gently.
- A simple barramundi dinnerA weeknight fish dinner in about twenty minutes: golden fillets, a quick lemon and garlic butter, and whatever greens you have.
- Easy baked salmonSalmon fillets baked with a quick honey-soy glaze. Mostly hands-off, and easy to scale up for a crowd.
