Preorders, changes and cancellations

Requests and confirmation

When you send a preorder request you get a reference and a private link to check it. A request is not yet an order: we check availability and confirm your order and handover details by email. Only that confirmation makes it an order.

Requests close 48 hours before each run. The exact cutoff for each run is shown when you choose it.

Prices, weights and payment

Prices are shown per kilo, per dozen, per pack or stick, or per bundle, in Australian dollars. The total you see when you send a request is an expected amount.

Weight-based items are requested by weight. If the packed weight differs, the final amount is worked out at the listed price per kilo and agreed with you at handover. There is no hidden surcharge or weight tolerance.

You pay cash or card when your order is handed over. Nothing is paid online. There’s no delivery fee on the standard route and no minimum order.

If something isn’t available

If we can’t supply part of your request, we’ll suggest a change. Nothing changes without your agreement: you can accept the change from your request link or by replying to our email, or cancel the request.

Cancelling

• Before your request is confirmed: cancel any time from your request link.
• After it’s confirmed: please let us know as soon as you can, ideally at least 24 hours before the run, using your request link or by email.
• Because you pay on delivery, there’s nothing to refund if a request is cancelled before handover.

Being there for the handover

Please be reachable on the phone number you give and available at the agreed time and place. If you can’t be there, tell us as early as possible. If we can’t hand over your order, we’ll contact you to work out what happens next.

If a run is cancelled

If we have to cancel a run, everyone with a request on it is told by email, and nothing is owed.

Special arrangements

Larger orders, deliveries outside the route, short-notice requests and collection by arrangement at 46 Arrawarra Beach Road, Arrawarra NSW 2456 are agreed individually, including any extra charge.
